When placing my last order I noticed there was an opportunity to put notes in the order. I was going away for a week and placed the order and put in the notes please do not ship until about I think it was 10 days after my order. Two days later I get an email that my order is already being Fedexed and I inquired with customer support and was told that they didn't read the instructions on the order. I asked why they even had that and there wasn't a logical answer provided. I've been a customer for a while now and bought several hundred if not thousands of dollars worth of peptides. So while out of town my order sat on my front doorstep for 8 days. I again contacted customer service and asked if there are any ways to remedy the situation as I thought peptides sitting out for eight days in the Georgia sun could make them less potent or efficacious. I just can't understand why there would be an opportunity to ask on the order form with at least a follow up email but obviously no one looked at it so I might you know be out a few hundred dollars worth of peptides. I don't know how potent they are. I wasn't asking for anything special just to make the order right I felt like I got excuses Not sure if I'll order more there's plenty of peptide providers out there

First time purchase. Referred from a friend. Was using two other sites for peps. Certified Pep was: Easy Website Great prices Easy pay Quick ship and arrival.
Great products and great packaging. Helped me get healthier in many different ways. Only thing questionable is they say the peps are made in Texas but they ship from Washington all the way back to Texas to me and take 5-6 days. Sometimes longer.
