Review of Certified

When placing my last order I noticed there was an opportunity to put notes in the order. I was going away for a week and placed the order and put in the notes please do not ship until about I think it was 10 days after my order. Two days later I get an email that my order is already being Fedexed and I inquired with customer support and was told that they didn't read the instructions on the order. I asked why they even had that and there wasn't a logical answer provided. I've been a customer for a while now and bought several hundred if not thousands of dollars worth of peptides. So while out of town my order sat on my front doorstep for 8 days. I again contacted customer service and asked if there are any ways to remedy the situation as I thought peptides sitting out for eight days in the Georgia sun could make them less potent or efficacious. I just can't understand why there would be an opportunity to ask on the order form with at least a follow up email but obviously no one looked at it so I might you know be out a few hundred dollars worth of peptides. I don't know how potent they are. I wasn't asking for anything special just to make the order right I felt like I got excuses Not sure if I'll order more there's plenty of peptide providers out there
