I recently received my items so I cannot really speak on its effectiveness. But what I can speak about is the professionalism and degree of authenticity of Certified Peptides. As soon as I placed my order I received links to resources to help me with any questions I may have which was very impressive and helpful because this was my first purchase of peptides and I had plenty of questions. My order came quickly as promised and when it did arrive I was once again impressed with the small gesture of including something as simple as alcohol pads and a brand new syringe. Not necessary but made quite an impression. If your product has results as effective as the way you handle your company and your customers, then you have gained a customer for life. Keep doing what your doing!

Great staff, fast shipping, great product
Very dissapointed in the customer service so far. I was sent a 20% discount off my first order, after I placed my first order, and was then told it was too late to use it of course, but that I could use it on my next order. I received a message shortly after that letting me know my discount would expire in 6 days. It doesn't feel like real customer service from peple who understand how to make customers feel appreciated.
