Very dissapointed in the customer service so far. I was sent a 20% discount off my first order, after I placed my first order, and was then told it was too late to use it of course, but that I could use it on my next order. I received a message shortly after that letting me know my discount would expire in 6 days. It doesn't feel like real customer service from peple who understand how to make customers feel appreciated.
