I am giving this 5 stars for one huge reason. Rebecca is so helpful. She guided me through every step of mixing my very first vial. Answered all questions and was so patient. During my first week she was there to answer all my questions. I had several from nausea to food. I am proud to report it was worth it all. At the end of the 6th day I have lost 7 lbs.

Items are too expensive even with discount % off; additionally there seems to always be a discount, so drop prices to discount price and then offer promotional prices for repeat customers. I bought elsewhere this time due to cost; the market is getting more competitive

I thought Jason and Rebecca were super nice but I did not like they way the peptide was mailed to me which makes me feel it might of been damaged in the process. It came all the way from WA to MO in a usps bag. That bag probably thrown around all the way from WA I cant imagine the peptides to be any good by the time they got to me. The one of the vial had a hand written label on them. I am putting this stuff in my body this was my first order. I spent over 250 dollars. I was suggested by another company to not use it. So I guess I am just out my money. Customer service is on point
Jason and Rebecca are amazing. Rebecca helped me being new to peptides. She emailed me numerous times and even made me a video to show me how to transfer the shot if I ever break a needle. I've never experienced customer service this above and beyond! I highly recommend them!
