I've ordered 3 times now and the first two times everything was delivered quickly with no Issues. The third time things took a bit longer, 13 days to be exact and all my communications with Klarissa were excellent and extremely fast response no matter what time I emailed. You can't blame a company for the usps. If anything was wrong they were going to fix it but everything arrived perfect. I wasn't in a rush so the extra time wasn't an issue. Customer service is top notch
I ordered on Sunday, and had my shipment by Thursday via USPS. I am not a fan of USPS, but they came through on time for once. The vials hydrated well. The customer support was top notch. They responded promptly to my e-mails. The order came with a syringe for rehydration, and alcohol swabs.

Shipping is pretty fast. Tracking is always clear. Quality products and good communication. I do recommend them to friends and family. Real people not bots!
The peptides (several) were shipped loose in a lightly padded envelope. The powder in the most of the bottles was dusted all over the glass vials which make me question if the peptides were damaged. Other companies I've ordered from placed the vials in a small padded box which probably would have avoided this problem. The product labels on the vials were also very unprofessional looking..

I’m a skeptic. I research for hours and go down rabbit holes before buying. I messaged a few companies and most gave me impersonal responses containing links to pages that answered my questions.. somewhere. Not certified pep. They answered almost immediately and I could tell it was a real person on the other end. The responses were as genuine as they were fun. I asked about 47 questions and all of them were answered with care, not met with annoyance that I wouldn’t just order and go away . I received my product within a few days and could almost immediately tell a difference in how effective it was compared to my prior experience with another company. I will absolutely be back!
