Great service, quality product, fast delivery after purchase

I am somebody who has been sick their entire life with a genetic rare condition (immune deficiency) and now have three autoimmune diseases also as a result. My younger sister tragically passed away before we understood exactly what was going on having both of the genes as well. Most physicians and specialists I see cannot believe that I’m still alive, and two peptides have made the major difference in that miracle as well as the experts who figured out the details and what peptide and other treatments/replacements I needed. I cannot say enough about this company and the quality of their peptides, the customer service, the quick and reliable delivery; all absolutely top notch. I am a physician myself and, trust me, I would not give anything to a patient. I would not take myself. Please do not consider anybody else with your health as these guys have proven their excellence. I have lived over 10 years longer than expected, and I had to speak up to hopefully help others who are in similar situations. I also miss my sister every day and wonder if these peptides had been available back then could things have been different for her as she did not respond to much of what she was given, as well as had complications from some. I should mention that the prices are very reasonable for what they are and the quality and if you need bulk amounts, such as myself, it’s even better. Thank you to Jason and his entire staff!!!

When my insurance stopped covering my GLP2, I was desperate as I was taking this for rheumatoid arthritis relief any weight loss was a super added benefit of course. My Dr’s RN advised me of Certified Peptides and said she had researched a lot of companies and this company seemed to be the best. I had some initial questions before ordering and picked one of the reps on the site “Rebecca”. I thought for sure I would have to leave a message but not the case. She answered on the 3rd ring and was very nice. I started buying from Certified Peptides in November 2025 and have nothing but positive things to say about the products and the customer service. My first order arrived perfectly packed with a syringe for mixing the peptides and alcohol swabs. I love that they now use FedEx for delivery. I’ve called Rebecca several times and she has answered every single time I have called, I have never received her voicemail no matter what time. She must never sleep and human conversation is rare these days! The products are all working the same as what I was receiving from the pharmacy at a fraction of the cost to boot! Jason the owner sends out informative emails and all the documentation you receive in the beginning is so detailed with easy to follow instructions. I love that I can easily access it at anytime to check myself that I’m still dosing properly. He is constantly sending out discount codes also for even better pricing options. An added bonus is Jasons’s wife Angel started a topical peptide skin care line that I have started using in addition and I am loving that as well. I’m about a month in with using her products and can really see a difference in my skin! This is a double win! I’ve referred several of my friends to both Certified Peptides and Peptide Rituals and so far the network is all happy. I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed!

I don't write many reviews and am more guilty of taking the time to write a review regarding a poor transaction than a good, as i believe a company should simply give good service! However Certified Peptides has time and time again, gone above and beyond. I recently purchased over $1400 in Peptides, during the checkout process, I input my "coupon" code which definitely made a dent in my purchase and then hit submit... My bank declined the transaction, texting me requesting my response to continue. I did so and then re-submitted. This time it went through. The following morning I received a text from Jason the next morning, he advised me that he say the declined order and the one that went through, and noticed the pricing discrepancy. He asked me to screenshot my transactions and send it to him and within seconds, Venmo'd me back the difference. HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF SUCH CUSTOMER SERVICE... And by the owner of the company no less! I'm a fan, and I've already seen the difference in my waist size and the way i feel in past orders!

I have now placed 3 orders with Certified Pep and am very happy overall with the price and service. They have quick order acknowlegment, and quick order updates. My only minor complaints would be shipping duration, packages leave the west coast, go over to Memphis then back to the west coast, just need to plan ahead on ordering but I dont like that they are being handled for a week plus. Secondly, it would be a nice upgrade to the website if you offered a notification option a person could sign up for if you were currenly out of a product. Despite these minor deatils I will continue to use them as I think in the end they have been great. Thank You

I rarely give reviews on any products I order. But once in a while I run into a website or a product that really deserves it. The order I made from certified pep 6 months ago arrived in about 3 days. Couldn't believe it. Made another order last week, once again arrived in 3 days. Not to mention the fact that the peptide I'm ordering costs about 10% of what I'd be paying if I went through the medical system and works fantastic. And they always have some type of deal that ends up being almost 30% off whether it's by two get one free, or 30% off sale ETC. All my co-workers have been ordering from them for years so when I started working there about 6 months ago they all told me where to order from. 6 months later I'm almost 40 lb lighter and feel great. To anyone who's worried about the legitimacy of the website. It's 100% legit and love their products.
