I would have liked to have seen a lot number on my product to check my COA, I also wonder if you offer a cool pack shipping? My product was received and the contents where warmer than I would have liked but looked in good condition. the cool pack would be nice for injectable shipping.

Ordered several items . Shipping was fast except the order was incorrect. I purchased Recon water and it wasn’t in with my order. Called customer gave my order number and said I didn’t receive the Recon water . Person asked if I purchased the water . I said check my order I gave you the order number . I had to talks a picture of my order to prove that didn’t receive the water . It got resolved and a Recon water was shipped although still waiting for it to arrive . Not sure if I’ll be reordering again.
