I enjoy the prompt customer service. I have been very happy with the products ordered. The one critique I have is the shipping insurance and the fact the company doesn't stand behind its shipping carrier. I have not had any lost or stolen products and it is probably a low probability that Fed Ex will lose any future shipments. However, in the unlikely event that should ever occur, your company should insure that lost as a cost of doing business. That is the one concern I have about buying future products.

They ship out fast my products were here each time about 2-3 days . They also sent me a syringe and alcohol wipes which was a good gesture overall I said so far they’ve been great to do business with, ohhh also they carry a lot of products in higher mgs such as Reta which ends up being a little cheaper vs keep ordering small vials for more money

Fast shipping and great customer service durring and after the sale. Prices are higher than most but the product is marketed as better. I'm not a chemist but I'll gon with the 3rd party testing. 30% discounts are regular enough that v the base price should just be lower. Then they would be 5 star.
