Just an all around great experience. The products (I have been using a variety of 9), have all been great. Literally 0 side effects or bad experiences, and they have all been effective. The staff is insanely good, they are SO friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. They also speak to you in language you can understand (not like you should know everything everyone in a lab knows), while also being reasonable and keeping safety a top priority.
