Down 65 lbs… and yes, I checked twice because I thought my scale was playing games 😅
All jokes aside, this has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. This company made the process realistic, supportive, and actually doable (which says a lot, because I love my snacks).
If you’re thinking about starting but keep putting it off—this is your sign. It works, and you don’t have to figure it out alone. Grateful doesn’t even cover it.
