Of all the research peptide companies I’ve used, their customer service has been the best and the fastest to respond. I recently placed an order and accidentally entered the wrong city for shipping. I contacted their live chat and was connected to a real person in under two minutes. My issue was resolved immediately. They also use Vanguard as their third-party testing laboratory. In my experience, I have more confidence in Vanguard’s testing than some other well known labs, such as Janoshik or Finnrick. You won’t find a better company than Certified Peptides.
